Additional security is required to view OHSU's Jira Service Desk

Don't panic! We'll get you to where you need to be.

If you are seeing this message after clicking a link in an email, don't worry! Due to the current system configuration, those links simply require your system to be connected to the OHSU network.

For Adventist Health Portland customers, please go to your Citrix desktop icon or https://portalah.cc.ohsu.edu/, and click on the "View OHSU Service Requests" icon to find your list of tickets. From there, you'll be able to open the ticket and take whatever action you need.

For OHSU or other affiliate customers, please ensure that you are on an OHSU network, connected to VPN, or in Citrix (https://portal.ohsu.edu/). You will then be able to use the email links to the service desk portal or directly access the portal.
